The refusal to present the vaccination pass (health pass) to the agents assigned to the control, entails the initiation of a disciplinary procedure in accordance with the legislation in force, explains a circular from the Ministry of Education

The Tunisian Ministry of Education decided on Monday to impose the presentation of the Vaccine Pass against Covid-19 to all workers, visitors, and accompanying persons, as well as to all people over 18 years old frequenting the premises. of the ministry and public and private educational establishments, and this from December 22, in accordance with the provisions of the presidential decree relating to the vaccine pass.

In a circular addressed to its affiliated services, the ministry specified that the vaccination must be carried out at least 7 days before December 22, in the case of a two-dose vaccination or after the first dose for people who have been previously infected with the virus. Vaccination should be done at least 28 days before December 22 for people vaccinated with a single dose vaccine.

In this context, the ministry asked its affiliated services to draw up a list of names of all the executives and agents who have carried out the vaccination against Covid-19.

The ministry explained that the failure to present the vaccination pass to the agents assigned to the entry control, immediately results in a suspension of unpaid work, which will continue until the presentation of this document.

And to emphasize that the refusal to present the vaccination pass to the agents assigned to the entry control leads to disciplinary proceedings in accordance with the legislation in force.
