This operation is part of a transfer system of water from Erraguene dam, which empties into the sea, to Tabellout dam (province of Jijel), then to Draa Ediss dam (province of Setif) so that to supply 15 towns with drinking water, and irrigate 20,000 hectares in El Eulma plain, the communiqué added.
The project includes the completion of Tabellout dams, more than 40 kilometers transfer pipes, and five (5) pumping stations.
This redevelopment will be completed within 30 months with a reassessment of the program authorization estimated at DZD 9 billion.
