Morocco, the first in Africa and the best offshoring destination, now seems to have a strong competitor. Algeria has just signed a collaboration agreement on the development of the export of Algerian digital services to France.

This agreement was signed between the Algerian-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIAF) and the Algerian Group of Digital Actors (GAAN) on Thursday, January 21 in Algiers. It aims to “connect French companies, which want to outsource certain services in the field of software and call center, with Algerian companies capable of carrying out this mission,” said Bachir Tadjeddine, president of GAAN.

“Many companies in France and in Europe are looking for subcontractors in the digital field, and Algeria, thanks to its tax advantages, has become competitive with its immediate neighbors, through the prices offered by its companies, their maturity, the quality of training for young engineers and the quality of the services that can be provided to client companies ”, declared, for his part, Michel Bisac, president of the CCIAF.
