“As part of the fight against terrorism and in the continuity of the search and combing operation carried out, this morning, by the forces of the People’s National Army in Azeffoun, Tizi Ouzou (1st Military Region), resulting in the elimination of two (02) terrorists and the recovery of two (02) Kalashnikov submachine guns, two (02) other terrorists were killed, this afternoon of 07 October 2016, by the forces of the People’s National Army. Two (02) Kalashnikov submachine guns were also recovered, bringing the results of the operation, which is still underway, to the elimination of four (04) terrorists and the recovery of four (04) Kalashnikov submachine guns,” said the source.
“These results denote, once again, the determination of the People’s National Army and the different forces of security to hunt down the remains of the small terrorist groups and their elimination, and clean up the society from these criminals and to establish security and serenity among our fellow citizens,” said the source.
