Suspected of drug trafficking from Morocco, kidnapping and sequestration of a Belgian in Spain, Hamza Akarkach and Aziz Mozoune, two dangerous criminals, actively sought by the Belgian federal police, received heavy sentences on Thursday before the criminal court of Brussels.

They were found guilty of having, in April 2019, kidnapped, kidnapped, and tortured one of their own for several days in a villa in Marbella, on the Costa del Sol in Spain.

Two defendants were sentenced to six years in prison and two others were sentenced to five years in prison. Another, found guilty of setting up business structures in support of drug traffickers, received a 30-month prison sentence. As for the last, he was sentenced for having violated the ban on being a company manager, pronounced in the context of a trial for vast social fraud, but was acquitted for the acts of a criminal organization, sale, transportation, possession, and distribution of drugs.
