Algerians and Moroccans will soon be able to visit South Africa without a visa

 

Holders of an Algerian and Moroccan  passport will soon be able to travel to South Africa without a visa. This was announced Tuesday, September 25, 2018 the Ministry of Tourism of the country of Mandela.

On its official Facebook page, the South African Tourism Department has reported a statement by Minister Malusi Gigaba stating that ongoing negotiations to cancel the visa requirement for travelers holding ordinary passports from Algeria, Egypt, Palestine, Saudi Arabia and Cuba, among others.

South Africa, which is seeking to attract more tourists, has already exempted citizens of Russia and Angola from visa in 2017.
