The Algerian government yesterday heard a presentation by the Minister Delegate to the Prime Minister, responsible for the knowledge economy and emerging companies. It concerns the draft law which includes the fundamental law of the auto-entrepreneur.
Indeed, the preliminary draft of this text gives the fundamental definition of the auto-entrepreneur. And this, is the individual exercise of a lucrative activity to be included on the list of eligible activities.
Thus, the project aims to regulate the new economic activities that have emerged with the knowledge economy and the digital economy, which are not framed to date by any fundamental law.
Likewise, this project seeks to develop entrepreneurship. While facilitating the access of young people to the labor market through self-employment. This is to reduce the number of individuals who engage in parallel market activities.
It also aims to reduce the burdens of emerging institutions. And this, by facilitating the use of independent contractors. As well as by the joint exploitation of human resources between the different institutions.
