Ramadhan: The new working hours fixed in Algeria

The General Directorate of Public Service and Administrative Reform (DGFP) announced on April 6 in a statement that the working hours applicable to the month of Ramadhan in public administrative structures and institutions have been fixed.

From Sunday to Thursday, the administrative structures of the wilayas of Adrar, Tamanrasset, Illizi, Tindouf, Béchar, Ouargla, Ghardaïa, Laghouat, Biskra, El Oued, Timimoune, Bordj Badji Mokhtar, Ouled Djellal, Béni Abbès, In Salah, In Guezzam , Touggourt, Djanet, El M’Ghaier and El Meniaa, will be operational from 7:30 am until 2:30 pm, indicates the same source. As for the other wilayas, the administrations will be open from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.

In addition, the DGFP recalls that this change of schedule will end after the festival of Eid El Fitr.

As a reminder, the night of doubt intended for the observation of the lunar crescent announcing the first day of the month of Ramadhan 1442 has been set for April 12, as announced by the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Wakfs.
