Court of First Instance of the city of Tangier postponed her decision on the Moroccan investor Larbi Tadlaoui, entrepreneur of «Atlantic Beach Paradise Resort» file, until November 3rd, after the Interior Minister Mohamed Hassad and Mohammed al-Yacoubi Wali of Tangier were unable to attend the court.

The Norton Rose Fulbright report states that the Amendis & Veolia did not abide by their commitments, in terms of creation of infrastructure in the area where the project was held, contained in the Convention. An agreement was signed in 2007 between the real estate company and the Moroccan government, which granted the company a period of 36 months to complete the project.
