Egypt did not send oxygen to Tunisia!

What had been announced and conveyed through a wave of rumors as the Tunisians know how to do on social networks, in connection with the sending by Egypt, of a cargo of oxygen to help the Tunisian care services to face the lack of this product in the fight against covid was, ultimately, pure intox.

One would be entitled to wonder who would have an interest and for what purpose in spreading such intox, knowing that the truth would sooner or later be revealed to public opinion?

Finally, the Egyptian military cargo plane landed on Thursday on the tarmac of the Tunis Carthage military base, without however containing oxygen on board. As shown by the souvenir photos taken by the welcoming committee in front of the packages unloaded from the plane!

The Egyptian authorities certainly sent a shipment of welcome medical aid during this period of health war, but there was no oxygen.

This will at least have the merit of putting an end to the controversy over the subject of sending Egyptian oxygen to Tunisia. A case that has been politicized, from all sides. This led some parties known for their aversion to the Al Sisi regime to claim that Egyptian oxygen was contaminated with who knows what and that it was dangerous.

Now that there is no Egyptian oxygen, let us have the grace to let the people suffocate in peace.
