In their discussions, Ouali and the Mexican ambassador focused on the forthcoming session of the Joint Committee, during which several cooperation projects will be examined.

The date for the session has not been set yet.

The two sides hailed the level of preparation for the 13th Conference of the Parties to the Convention of Biological Diversity (COP13), which will be held in Cancun, Mexico, from 4 to 17 December 2016, with the participation of Algeria.
