Rabah Madjer, now 63, reportedly continued to collect checks from public advertising, a year after the closure of his two newspapers Al Balagh and Al Balagh Erriadhi . For these torts, he is sued by the ANEP (National Publishing and Advertising Agency). The plaintiff demands the restitution of the sums pocketed in addition to a payment of damages.
