The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Senegalese Abroad, Aissata Tall Sall spoke about the situation of black Africans in Tunisia with the recent “racist” outing of the Tunisian president on the “hordes of illegal migrants.”
According to Aissata Tall Sall, her ministry is closely monitoring the situation in Tunisia with regard to migrants of sub-Saharan origin.
“The Senegalese Ambassador to Tunisia has been instructed to set up a Crisis Unit to ensure the protection of our nationals and their property,” reports the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Senegalese Abroad.
