Indonesia is willing to cooperate with Algeria in aquaculture and tourism, said Algeria’s ambassador to Algeria Safira Mashrusah Wednesday in Ain Témouchent.

In a statement to the APS, during her visit to the coastal town of Beni Saf on the second day of her visit to the wilaya, the Indonesian diplomat expressed her country’s interest in cooperation with Algeria in the tourist field.

Safira Mashrusah said by visiting educational and training pavilions at the Beni Saf School of Fisheries and Aquaculture Technical Training, that he had identified a “strong will” to develop training in the fisheries sector and And that Indonesia, as the second-largest aquaculture country in the world, is willing to provide support to develop this sector in Algeria.

It also asserted that Algeria has important assets in this area that should give added value to the Algerian economy and that Indonesia is ready to cooperate with it.

The Ambassador visited the Mujahedin Museum where she had ample information on the struggle of the Algerian people against colonialism and the sacrifices made for independence.

Director of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ain, Miloud Hakemi, said that the visit of the Indonesian diplomat in the wilaya intervenes to revive the partnership between the two countries and promote it in several areas.
