A massive recruitment campaign has been launched by the Ministry of Health. The goal is to significantly improve the field of health. A decision that comes as leaks abroad of the medical profession are noted.
Indeed, it is impossible not to make the link with the significant number of doctors and health personnel who leave for Europe in search of jobs or better working conditions. But even if these two events are not linked, the ministry is using major means to strengthen health in the country.
Recruitment does not only target doctors, but also paramedical disciplines. On this point, no less than 4,000 positions are to be filled for caregivers. The rest is spread over other disciplines such as dental surgery (1,200 positions) and childcare auxiliaries.
This recruitment will take place in the form of a competition, and candidates will be able to register according to the criteria established by the Ministry of Health.
The registration conditions, the date
The Ministry of Health has disclosed the list of documents to be provided, as well as the conditions for participating in the competitions. Some measures have been taken to stimulate the massive participation of potential candidates.
You should know that the positions are distributed in 58 wilayas of the country. And that for the care assistant mention for example does not require the baccalaureate certificate.
Indeed, to register for the competition, the candidate must hold a third year secondary school certificate and provide the following documents:

- – A copy of the certificate requested with the transcript
- – The registration form completed by the candidate
If the candidate is selected, he will be required to complete his registration file. Namely that the competition will take place on March 11th.
