Turkish company Aslane Yapi donates 102 oxygen concentrators to Algeria
Turkish company Aslane Yapi has donated 102 oxygen concentrators to Algeria, the Turkish embassy in Algiers said Friday (August 6th).
50 units of the 102 concentrators were received Thursday evening pending receipt of the remainder of the donation, adds the Embassy.
This first quota will be sent to the National Agency for the Improvement and Development of Housing (AADL) which will in turn forward it to the Ministry of Health, the same source said.
It is the second Turkish company to donate to Algeria since the start of the third wave of covid-19 and its worsening due to lack of oxygen.
On August 1, the Turkish construction company Dekinsan donated 76 oxygen concentrators to Algeria.
