The Tunisian-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry ( CTFCI ) announces that a seminar on “The 2023 finance law: what impact on the company?” will be hosted by Sihem Nemsia, Minister of Finance, on Friday, January 13, 2023, at the Acropole Hotel, Les Berges du Lac-Tunis, at 8:30 a.m.

The seminar organized by the Council of Mixed Chambers (CCM) comes at the right time, when we know that it has already called for an ” urgent review ” of the Finance Law 2023 (LF-2023), among other “complaints” dating from October 2022.

They demand in particular the cancellation of the last measures taken on October 17 on the restriction of imports; the rapid promulgation of the new Exchange Code; the revision of article 52 of the 2022 Finance Law; promoting energy investment; the simplification of the formalities for setting up liaison offices for foreign companies; and the granting of a margin of an initiative to the General Public-Private Partnership Authority (IGPP).

The impact of LF-2023 on Tunisian companies – particularly affected by these requests – proves to be of paramount importance in both the national and international context.
