UN Deputy Secretary-General for Peacekeeping Operations, Jean-Pierre Lacroix, reiterated on Sunday in Algiers the willingness of the new UN Secretary General, Antonio Guterres, to relaunch negotiations between the Polisario Front and Morocco With a view to resolving the conflict in occupied Western Sahara.
