The son-in-law of Rached Ghannouchi and leader of the Ennahdha movement, Rafik Abdessalem, published yesterday, Sunday, November 13, 2022, a post on social networks, where he accuses the President of the Republic, Kaïs Saïed, of being mentally unstable.

“What Tunisia lacks is reasothe n because the tenant of Carthage lives on another planet, in fact Tunisia is governed by madness, dementia, delirium, illusions, hallucinations, obsessions, and the fantasies of a sick mind,” wrote Rafik Abdessalem, accompanying his post with a photo of Kaïs Saïed as if to remove any ambiguity

He thus commented on the speech delivered yesterday by the Head of State, on the occasion of the National Tree Day. A speech in which the president leveled accusations at “parties” he said were responsible for the summer fires, months-long shortages of basic foodstuffs, trafficking of drugs and collaboration with foreign countries, expressing indignation at the slowness of legal proceedings and denouncing cases that have dragged on for years in  “the corridors of the Courts”.
