Libya: Central Bank Plans to Introduce PayPal

Seddik Omar Kébir, governor of the Libyan Central Bank, met Thursday with advisers and central directors of the bank. This is in order to examine the progress of the reactivation of the PayPal electronic payment service in Libya.
