COVID: Algeria Reopens Schools After 2 Weeks of Closure

Algeria, which is experiencing a decline in Covid-19, fell again this Thursday below the bar of 1,000 cases per day, with 951 new cases recorded in the last 24 hours, and this ten days after the historic peak of 2,512 cases reached on Tuesday, January 24.

This Thursday, February 3, Prime Minister Aïmene Benabderrahmane decided to renew the current protection and prevention system against Covid-19, starting Friday, February 4.
