The Ministry of Health has updated the lists of countries classified A or B, as well as health provisions for international travel. These new provisions come into force on Thursday, November 18.

The new provisions take into account the recent decision of the Moroccan authorities to strengthen the control system for access to national territory, announced on November 13. This concerns the passenger’s health card, to be downloaded online before boarding, the double temperature control, systematic on arrival, random control by rapid antigenic test on arrival, wearing of a mask, distance physical and hand hygiene.

Passengers from List A countries must have a certificate stating that they are fully vaccinated against Covid-19. It is the same for those coming from the countries of the list B. The latter must also provide themselves with a negative PCR test dating from less than 48 hours.

Moroccans and foreigners residing in Morocco who test positive on arrival in Morocco will be taken care of by a health structure, with 10-day confinement according to the health protocol in force. Any other passenger who tests positive on arrival will not be allowed to enter the national territory.

Four countries have been removed by the Ministry of Health from list B. These are Germany, Spain, United Kingdom, Netherlands. Both lists were published on the portal of the Ministry of Health.
