Algiers: The criminal center specializing in financial and economic crimes in the Sidi M’hamed court has acquitted the former Minister of Industry Youcef Yousfi of all charges related to the agricultural tractor case, revealed the APS.

Today, Monday, the same court sentenced Kamal Kharboush to five years in prison and a million DA fine for participating in the waste of public funds and influencing state officials to conclude agreements in violation of the law. legislation.

The same sentence was imposed on the former director of industry at the ministry, Mustafa Abdel Karim, who is monitoring the case, for squandering public funds and abusing work.

While the court sentenced Reda and Fathi Kharbush to three years in prison, including one year suspended for both, and a 1 million DA fine.

As for the other defendants, the verdict of acquittal was pronounced against them, in particular the former director-general of the National Savings and Reserve Bank, Gamal Besaa, and the former director-general of the National People’s Bank, Amar Boudiab.
