Algerians living abroad will be entitled to a new quota of 2,000 housing units in Algeria. These homes, intended for buyers who are not residents of Algeria, are ready to be distributed, as part of the national relocation program. This is what the Advisor to the President of the Republic in charge of the associative movement and the national community abroad, Nazih Berramdane, said in a statement to the Arabic-speaking site Echourouk.

The adviser to the president of the republic assures that there is no difference between Algerian citizens residing in Algeria and those living abroad. “There is no distinction between an Algerian resident inside a country and one established abroad,” he said.

Nazih Berramdane said more than 2,000 LPP (Public Promotional Housing) housing units for Algerians living abroad are ready for distribution.

These dwellings are intended for buyers who are not residents of Algeria who do not or have not owned, as owners, neither they nor their spouses, in the national territory, a property for residential use, with the exception of housing type F1, a lot of building land and which have not received financial assistance from the State for the acquisition or construction of housing.

The application file for the acquisition of public promotional housing must be sent by the applicant to the National Real Estate Development Company (ENPI).

The applicant will have to put together a file including an application for the purchase of housing, a copy of the national identity document, a certificate of residence abroad and a declaration on honor signed by the applicant and legalized at the consulate level. country of residence, certifying that he or his spouse has not benefited from public housing, a piece of land or financial aid from the State for the acquisition of a housing or as part of the self-construction of a housing.
