Air Transat: Direct Montreal-Marrakech Flights Now Available

New direct flights to North Africa will be available from Montreal-Trudeau International Airport.

The airline Air Transat announced Thursday that it is setting foot in Africa for the first time and will offer non-stop service between Montreal and Marrakech, Morocco, starting in June 2024. It is the first air carrier in North America to offer direct flights to this Moroccan city.

Air Transat planes will fly to Marrakech twice a week from June to October (Wednesdays and Saturdays), and once a week from November to April (Saturdays).

“It will open up to travelers a wide field of possibilities both in the other city and also access to the seaside resorts of Essaouira, Agadir, Taghazout, and to the circuits in the great south of Morocco,” he said. -he mentioned.

Air Transat also revealed that the Montreal-Marrakech route will be operated with “Air Transat’s new generation Airbus A321LR aircraft, featuring a spacious cabin and integrated state-of-the-art entertainment systems.”
