After Cameroon, the country of origin of his father, Kylian Mbappé, who has Algerian origins through his mother, should go to Algeria soon.

Kylian Mbappé is the man of the moment. Not a day goes by without the case of the French agitating the press around the world.

The star striker of Paris Saint-Germain and the French football team visited a school in Cameroon on Saturday, the renovation of which his association is financing before going to the village of his father Wilfrid.

It was there that he visited some of the 16 classes of the Bonendale bilingual school complex in Douala, the economic capital of Cameroon.

On the third and last day of a visit to the country that his father left very young for France, the world football star came to see the progress of the renovation works of this nursery and primary school financed by his foundation Inspired By KM (IBKM).

During the first two days of his visit to the capital Yaoundé, Mbappé visited a school for deaf and hard of hearing children which his foundation also finances and then met with Prime Minister Joseph Dion Ngute, in particular about plans for child relief in Cameroon, according to his entourage.

Kylian Mbappé then traveled by boat to Djébalé, where the village chief and notables welcomed him for traditional ceremonies.

Throughout this journey, he was accompanied by his mother and agent, Fayza Lamari.

Questioned by the local press, the latter indicated that her son would go to Algeria. “It is important for us to visit his countries of origin, namely Cameroon and Algeria. He is French and proud of it, but also proud of his roots.”

Kylian Mbappé has Algerian origins through his mother – on the side of Bejaïa – should therefore go there soon.
