Algiers: The Algerian army killed 63 terrorists and confiscated a large quantity of military weapons during operations carried out in the first six months of this year, the Algerian Defense Ministry said.
The ministry said in a statement last night that the army had arrested about 22 terrorists while ten others voluntarily surrendered to the armed forces during the same period.
Furthermore, the army found the bodies of five terrorists and the security services arrested 100 members of terrorist groups and four arms dealers.
