The 20th edition of the Tunisia Investment Forum (TIF) will be held on June 23 and  24, 2022 at the Ramada Gammarth hotel, north of Tunis, on the theme: “Tunisia, reforms and competitive values”.

TIF 2022, which will be officially opened by the Head of Government Najla Bouden, provides, during the opening ceremony, among other elements of the program, the awarding of the Fipa-Tunisia 2022 Awards, on June 23 from 5 p.m.

The day of June 24 will be devoted to a series of plenary sessions addressing topics relating to the investment climate, competitiveness, the establishment of public-private partnerships, regional development, human resources, and research. scientific.

TIF 2022 is organized by the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency (Fipa-Tunisia), under the aegis of the Ministry of Economy and Planning and in partnership with the World Bank Group.

The forum will bring together a number of members of the government, businessmen and economic actors  from Tunisia and abroad, representatives of regional and international financial institutions, experts in the field of business and investment, banks, sectoral and professional structures and economic and financial experts.

TIF 2022 has been, since the launch of the event in 1999, a place for meetings and communication on new regulations aimed at improving the business climate in Tunisia. The objective sought is to present the economic recovery measures as well as the advances and reforms undertaken by our country with a view to strengthening its position.

The event will also be a privileged place for meetings and networking between foreign and Tunisian operators, thus promoting new partnership prospects.

It should, however, be specified that TIF 2022 comes at a crucial time marked by an economic and financial crisis in Tunisia, chronic deficits in practically all areas, and a sharp slowdown in the pace of investments, the confidence that operators had in Tunisia as an investment site having suffered the repercussions of a decade of instability, poor governance and all-out regressions.
