To fill its planes this summer, Royal Air Maroc (RAM) is focusing on two axes: offering connections between France and around thirty African cities, and offering services specially dedicated to the Moroccan diaspora.

Also, the Moroccan national company will serve 29 African destinations (via its Casablanca hub) from 8 French cities at preferential rates (proposed from 370 euros). The 8 French cities are Paris, Nantes, Bordeaux, Montpellier, Lyon, Toulouse, Marseille and Strasbourg, and the 29 African destinations are Dakar, Abidjan, Yaoundé, Kinshasa, Brazzaville, Lagos, Conakry, Ouagadougou, etc.

To attract African customers, RAM has recruited an African cabin crew and offers African gastronomy on board. “ Meals on board are composed by drawing on the best of African cultures. A large part of the aircrew deployed on African routes comes from these regions,” Royal Air Maroc said in a press release. It also intends to make cabin announcements in certain African languages.

In addition, RAM is launching a new offer dedicated to the many Moroccans residing abroad (MRE) who return to the country during the summer holidays. This offer includes tickets at preferential rates (up to 20%) and several other advantages, including free change of tickets and payment facilities (several times without charge). Onboarding, MRAs traveling as a family can complete check-in with the total weight of the luggage (no need to distribute 23 kilos per piece of luggage). The offer also includes priority boarding.

RAM also offers the possibility of benefiting from a free reservation of neighboring seats to enjoy your family on board. And on arrival, it undertakes to ensure “ priority delivery ” of luggage to MREs to reduce waiting time.
