During a Ministerial Council, chaired by the head of government, Najla Bouden, several presidential decrees of an economic nature were adopted.
It’s about :
– Draft decree extending the period for regularization of established tax claims, fines and tax declarations.
– Draft decree adopting the credit agreement concluded on April 6, 2022 between Tunisia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development for the launch of the social protection project, intended to help cope with the consequences of the pandemic.
-Draft presidential decree setting the terms and conditions for the cessation, at the symbolic dinar, of property falling within the domain of the State on behalf of the Industrial Land Agency (AFI) to create and develop industrial zones.
– Draft presidential decree amending and finalizing government decree no. 635 of 2017, of April 28, 2017 setting the administrative and financial organization as well as the management methods of regional libraries.
