“In accordance with the provisions of the Constitution, in particular articles 92 and 181, and article 49 of the organic law on the status of the judiciary, and after consultation with the Superior Council of the Judiciary, the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, operated a partial movement in the body of the presidents of Courts and the general prosecutors close to the Courts of justice. The movement concerns the transfer of four (4) presidents of Courts of Justice and six (6) public prosecutors, the promotion of eighteen (18) judges to the post of court president or general prosecutor and the end of office for seven (7) court presidents and nine (9) general prosecutors.
This movement aims to revitalize the functioning of the courts and improve the quality of their performance through the appointment of judicial skills that have proven their worth in the judiciary.
