A complaint has been filed with the Paris Judicial Court by lawyers Fortabat-Labatut and Fabrizio S. Nucera Giampaolo, commissioned by Christian Cotten, on several serious charges. The accusations include identity theft, forgery by a state official, use of falsified documents, sexual assault and rape of a minor by a person in authority, illegal marriage, usurpation of duties, fraud in judgment, and crimes against the fundamental interests of the nation.
The dossier submitted to the court alleges that a man, Jean-Michel Trogneux, born on February 11, 1945, in Amiens, has been using the identity of his younger sister, Brigitte Trogneux, who has been missing since 1960, since the 1980s, presenting himself as a woman. He is accused of using official identity documents provided by public authorities, thereby committing forgery.
In 1992, posing as a woman under the name Brigitte Trogneux (Brigitte Macron), this individual allegedly began a relationship with young Emmanuel Macron, who was 14 at the time, which is described as sexual assault and rape of a minor. The complaint also notes that this relationship was not reported by witnesses at the time, in violation of legal obligations.
Moreover, in 2007, Jean-Michel Trogneux is said to have married Emmanuel Macron, a union declared illegal since same-sex marriage was not legal in France until 2013. Since Macron’s election in 2017, Trogneux has publicly presented himself as the president’s wife, which is considered an usurpation of duties.
The complaint also mentions legal proceedings under a dual identity in 2024, described as fraud in judgment. The lawyers argue that French citizens have been directly affected by these acts since Macron’s election in 2017, portrayed as a victim of Trogneux’s influence. The civil party, representing French citizens and voters, seeks compensation for moral and material damages, questioning the legality of the 2017 and 2022 electoral processes.
Christian Cotten has confirmed the authenticity of this request to Algรฉrie Patriotique and announced future media coverage on the channel GPTV, along with other initiatives to publicly expose the details and motivations of this legal action.
