Idan Roll, Member of the Knesset and Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs will visit Morocco in May. This visit is part of training in the field of high technologies that Israel intends to organize for the benefit of students from Arab countries that have normalized their relations with it.
Idan Roll will pay a visit to Morocco in May, during which young Moroccans are expected to be recruited to benefit from training in the field of high technologies, reports Israel Today . This is an initiative called “Abraham Works” launched by Israel to “develop the high-tech capabilities of students from Arab countries” such as the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Morocco, Jordan and Egypt which have normalized their diplomatic relations with the Jewish state, as well as Egypt and Jordan.
University graduates or young adults who will eventually be placed in Israeli high-tech companies or international companies based in Israel can participate in this training. Some jobs will be eligible for telecommuting and some graduates will come to Israel to intern at Israeli high-tech companies.
According to Israeli government sources, this project, which will be financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as the partner countries of the Abraham Accords, will contribute to the economy of these countries and to a real rapprochement between peoples. The average citizen of these countries will form “a much more positive opinion of the State of Israel” because of how the agreements benefit them personally, notes Israeli diplomacy.
