Despite the resumption of international air traffic in Morocco, the government still maintains the same health protocol for air travel. Indeed, travelers by air are always obliged to hold a valid vaccination pass and the negative result of a PCR test.
A decision yet considered as a brake on a greater recovery, especially since the health situation linked to Convid-19 has improved significantly. The government is called upon each time to ease the conditions on the air borders as is the case for maritime transport.
In anticipation of the summer season, the airline Royal Air Maroc has decided to strengthen its program to and from several destinations. The recovery also concerns the axes suspended during the health crisis, including that linking the kingdom to Canada.
On April 10, the Moroccan company relaunched 35 weekly frequencies on four air routes to destinations in North America. These are the roads linking Casablanca to New York, Washington, Montreal, and Miami.
