The national airline, Air Algérie, reveals the advantages that the Tahat card provides to subscribers to its loyalty program, accessible to the company’s most loyal and regular travelers.
Registration for the loyalty program, Air Algérie Plus, offers several advantages to the company’s most regular and occasional travelers. Accumulating miles allows access to various rewards.
What is the Tahat loyalty card?
The Tahat card is the highest loyalty level of the Air Algérie Plus program. To access it, no less than 40,000 qualifying miles are required, accumulated over 24 consecutive months, to enjoy its many benefits and rewards.
Furthermore, the company’s regular travelers will be able to access this level of the Air Algérie Plus loyalty program by making a total of 32 international flights per year on board the national airline’s planes.
In a new video, Air Algérie announced that it is possible to consult the number of miles accumulated on its reservation site.
What are the advantages of the Tahat Card?
To benefit from one of the following advantages, you just need to present the card number when purchasing the travel ticket and during check-in:
- A 50% bonus on every flight.
- Purchase of awards, including tickets, upgrades, excess baggage, with award miles.
- Priority on the airport waiting list, check-in at the first class counter, and priority baggage handling.
- Transfer miles up to 50,000 miles per year.
- An additional 23 kg piece on all international and domestic destinations.
By traveling regularly on Air Algérie international lines, the Tahat card holder will accumulate miles that they can exchange for free travel tickets. These miles also allow you to enjoy the comfort of business and premium classes while paying the price of a lower class thanks to the upgrade bonus.
The Air Algérie loyalty program also offers its subscribers the possibility of reducing baggage expenses and benefiting from extra baggage of 1 to 9 kg on the authorized allowance.
