In its loyalty program, the national airline offers four loyalty cards, including Djurdjura, Chélia, Tahat and Fly.In. These offers allow Air Algérie’s loyal customers to earn miles for each flight made on its lines. To take advantage of these benefits, you must first register for free and become a member of this program.
As a new member, the membership level starts with the Djurdjura card, which represents the welcome offer of this program. By traveling frequently with the national company, you will accumulate qualifying miles. The more you travel, the faster you can access higher levels.
Here are the advantages of the Chélia card
In a new video, the national flag details the benefits of its Chélia card, which represents the second level of its loyalty program. This offer is only available to loyal and regular travelers of the national airline.
To access it, you must first reach a total of 25,000 miles or complete 16 qualifying segments. It is important to remember that these segments represent international flights made over a 24-month period, in certain classes.
Access to this offer allows you to benefit from a 25% mileage bonus for each trip made. It gives you access to several other privileges.
Indeed, holders of this card are entitled to check in at first-class counters. The Chélia card gives its holders priority on airport control procedures and baggage claims.
“An additional 23 kg piece is offered on all destinations, except for domestic flights, Istanbul, Dubai, and continuing flights to and from Africa,” says Air Algérie.
