Twelve (12) zones achieved an implementation rate varying between 70% and 98% and 13 others a rate of 35%. Only three (03) areas did not exceed a progress rate of 35%.
In this context, the Minister called for the participation and cooperation of the various authorities, at central and local levels, to complete the implementation of this program.
