Morocco is in the running for the organization of the first edition of the Super League which brings together the best football teams from the African continent.
Morocco thus becomes the second declared candidate, after Egypt, which also applied to host the prestigious competition, reports the daily Assabah, according to which the decision will be rendered next November at the meeting of the African Football Confederation ( CAF).
Likewise, other decisions relating to the clubs which will be able to participate in this competition, the financial rewards for the winner, as well as the date of its start will be taken at the end of this meeting.
Note that this competition will see the participation of four groups of twenty clubs. The club that finishes at the top of the group and the runner-up qualify for the round of 16. The entire tournament should not exceed one month.
