The recruitment campaign specifically targets recent Moroccan graduates and young people at the start of their careers. It will take place through open days in four major Moroccan cities:
– Casablanca: September 2, 2024
– Rabat: September 4, 2024
– Marrakech: September 26, 2024
– Tangier: September 28, 2024.
Selected candidates will receive intensive training at the Emirates Training Academy in Dubai. This training goes beyond airline industry standards by developing a wide range of transferable skills, such as cultural sensitivity, effective communication, and teamwork.
