Algerian football legend and former Fennecs coach Rabah Madjer has been criticized in recent months because of the selection of his son, Lotfi, with the Qatar U19s, a gesture considered unpatriotic by some. The technician replied in the Qatari press and felt that the Algerian Federation (FAF) did nothing to try to convince his son to choose Algeria.
