Just over a month after his re-election, President Abdelmadjid Tebboune of Algeria has appointed a new government on Monday, November 18th. The government will once again be led by Nadir Larbaoui, who has been reappointed as Prime Minister.
A notable inclusion in this new executive is General Said Chengriha, who has been appointed as the Deputy Minister of National Defense, placing him second in the protocol hierarchy.
The second Larbaoui government comprises 29 ministers (excluding the Prime Minister) and five Secretaries of State, with four women among them (two ministers and two secretaries of state):
