Algeria and China have signed the second Five-Year Plan for Comprehensive Strategic Cooperation 2022-2026, a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad said on Tuesday, according to a press release from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. and of the National Community abroad.
Minister of Foreign Affairs and Overseas National Community Ramtane Lamamra and Member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China, State Councilor and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China Wang Yi announced jointly the signing of the “second five-year plan for comprehensive strategic cooperation between Algeria and China for the period 2022-2026”, the statement said.
This plan aims to “continue to intensify contacts and cooperation between Algeria and China in all areas, including the economy, trade, energy, agriculture, science and technology, space, health and culture, in addition to strengthening the harmonization of development strategies between the two countries,โ the statement said.
The two countries intend to seize the opportunity of the implementation of this five-year plan to “deepen their practical cooperation in all areas, in the service of consolidating the relations of comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries and for the benefit of the two countries and friendly people,โ the statement concluded.
