As his plane took off from Algiers airport, a pilot from the national airline Air Algérie took the opportunity to immortalize a magnificent view of the Algerian capital, Algiers.
Airline pilots enjoy breathtaking views from the sky. But few share these magical moments of civil aviation with the general public.
An Air Algérie captain, very active on social media, shares breathtaking images filmed from the cockpit of his aircraft every day with his 18,000 subscribers on TikTok.
“From Algiers center to Zeralda in 30 seconds”
On one of his international flights, as soon as he left the perimeter of Algiers airport, in full climb, captain Morad Aomraoui turned on the camera of his phone to capture magnificent images of the capital Algiers.
He first begins by capturing a wide shot of the city, before focusing on specific locations, including the suburbs of Algiers. We see the neighborhoods of Oued Koriche, the El Aurassi hotel, the road leading to Aïn Benian…
Very quickly, the Air Algérie plane crosses the Bay of Algiers. The frame is now focused on a sparkling blue Mediterranean Sea.
While continuing the climb and the exchanges with the air traffic controllers, the pilot continues to film the magnificent Algiers coast. “From Algiers center to Zeralda in 30 seconds,” remarked an Internet user in a comment, amazed by these images.
In response to another user’s comment, the captain clarified that the flight was bound for Montreal Airport in Canada.
