Indian companies blithely dominate the debates during this 54th Paris Air Show, leaving only crumbs to other regions of the world. After Indigo, Air India has confirmed two mega-orders. Between them, they signed for nearly 1,000 devices in two days.

After Indigo, it’s Air India’s turn to ignite the second day of a relatively calm Paris Air Show apart from the announcements concerning the Indian market. Aircraft manufacturers

After 500 planes for Indigo yesterday, Airbus received confirmation of a contract for the purchase of 250 planes by Air India on Tuesday. It follows a letter of intent signed in February. The contract includes 140 A320 NEO and 70 A321 NEO on the medium-haul, as well as 34 A350-1000 and six A350-900 on the long haul.
